CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Bonavise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the process.
REFUND PROCESS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
